Privacy

The short version

GoJumboGPT has no user accounts, no comment system and no newsletter, so there is no profile of you here to build. You can read every page without identifying yourself. Two things do involve data: the technical information every web request contains, and the third party services described below, which can set cookies or similar identifiers in your browser.

What is stored in your browser

By the site itself, one thing: your light or dark theme choice, saved in local storage under the key gj-theme. It never leaves your device and clearing your browser data removes it. Third party services may store additional values in your browser, which is covered on the cookies page with the controls for each one.

What the tools do with what you type

The tools run entirely in your browser as JavaScript on the page. What you type into the password checker, the prompt checker or the speed calculator is never transmitted, because none of them have a server side: the page contains no code to send it anywhere. The phishing quiz keeps your score only until you leave the page.

What the server sees

Like any website, the server that delivers these pages processes the technical information that every web request contains: your IP address, the page requested, the time, and your browser's user agent string. This is the minimum needed to deliver a page and to keep the site available and secure. The site does not combine it into a profile of you and does not sell it.

Third party services

Some parts of the page are delivered by other companies. Where that happens, those companies receive the technical request information above and may read or write cookies or similar identifiers in your browser under their own privacy policies:

• Advertising partners. Ad slots on the site are filled by third party advertising technology. Those partners may use cookies, device identifiers and the context of the page to select and measure what is shown, and in some regions to personalize it where you have given consent.
• Hosting and delivery. The provider that serves these pages processes request data for delivery, caching and abuse prevention.

The site does not pass your email address or anything you type into the tools to any of them, because it never receives that data in the first place.

Your choices

Where the law requires consent for non essential cookies, including personalized advertising, you are asked before those cookies are set and you can change your answer later from the same control. Independently of that, browsers let you block or delete cookies for a site, and modern browsers restrict cross site tracking by default. Nothing on this site stops working if you block everything except the page itself. Email

If you email hello@gojumbogpt.com, we hold your message and your address for as long as it takes to deal with it. You are not added to any list, because there is no list.

Children

This site is written for a general adult audience and is not directed at children. No part of it asks for personal details, and nothing here is designed to collect information from a child.

Your rights

If you are in the EU, the UK or a US state with a privacy law, you have rights over personal data a company holds about you: access, correction, deletion, portability and objection, with the detail varying by jurisdiction. In practice the only personal data this site holds directly is an email you chose to send, and you can ask for a copy of it or ask for it to be deleted at hello@gojumbogpt.com. Changes

If this policy changes, the updated date at the top changes with it. Substantive changes are also noted on the corrections page.
