That address takes everything: a correction, a question you could not find an answer to, a topic you think deserves an explainer, or a note that a page is confusing. Tell us which page you mean and quote the sentence if you can.
Good things to send
- An error on a page, with the detail that is wrong.
- A question that this site should answer and does not. These become articles, and they are the best source of topics we have.
- A rule or a service that works differently in your country than the article describes.
- A page that reads as jargon to you. That is a bug in the writing, not in you.
What we cannot do
- Recover a hacked account, reverse a payment or contact a company on your behalf. Only your bank, the platform, or law enforcement can act on your account.
- Look at your specific device, network or contract and diagnose it remotely.
- Give legal, financial, medical or professional security advice for your situation.
If money has just left your account, stop reading and call your bank using the number printed on your card. Then come back to what to do after sending money to a scammer.
Press and reuse
Quoting a paragraph with a link back is fine. Republishing whole articles is not. For anything else, email the address above.
